The Senior Territory Manager will assume the lead role within their specific team and provide support to their Regional Manager by driving direction and expectations. This position will serve as “Point of Contact” for the team members in the absence of the Regional Manager or as directed. Salary: $57,000 with Bonus Potential • Lead team by example set within own territory through exemplary performance and with consistency • Assist Regional Manager with weekly administrative duties, team conference calls, regional TM visits and peer coaching and training, as needed • Maintain district performance and expectations in absence of Regional Manager • Participate in Client calls when necessary • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external partners to include client and in-store personnel • Help prepare for Market Manager Meetings • Help conduct new hire training and serve as a team mentor • Maintain thorough understanding of the industry and the products of our client by proactively seeking news and insights • Have a strong presence on our social media outlets; Facebook and GroupMe • Other duties as assigned • 5+ years’ experience performing in-store merchandising with knowledge of Wireless Industry • 3+ supervisory/management experience required to effectively perform the job’s responsibilities • Experience in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing or within a service organization • Strong selling, presentation, and computer skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize objectives, to multi-task with little supervision while taking ownership of assigned duties. • Outgoing professional personality with an ability to quickly build relationships. • Ability to understand client/company needs and to manage relationships with confidence, being self-aware of how to approach different audiences. • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to recognize potential issues and proactively addressing them. • Detail oriented, self-organized, and committed to quality; capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email and Microsoft Office suite. • Full understanding of Android OS and IPhone OS. • Quick to respond to communication; calls, messaging and email. • Bachelor's degree preferred • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
