This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in helping build the sales, marketing, and revenue focused resources function of a company with a clear mandate to scale to over $500 million in revenue within the next five years. Mosaic Service Partners is seeking to be the market-leading business in its specific vertical, building on Alpine’s existing success elsewhere in residential services. The goal of Mosaic is to help drive growth at its operating companies by providing support resources across talent, sales and marketing, finance, integration, etc. while still empowering local leaders to make the right decisions for their business and people. While Mosaic Service Partners is a startup, its institutional support and committed capital from Alpine, deal sourcing and execution resources, and experienced management team provide a strong competitive advantage and will allow the company to deploy a rapid M&A growth strategy, which are very unique characteristics for an early-stage firm. Mosaic is looking to hire individuals who understand the “build”, are willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard across many lanes and are excited by the opportunity to create an industry-leading platform from its inception. Opportunity Overview Mosaic is hiring an Enterprise Transformation Manager to act as the strategic air-traffic controller for our enterprise-wide transformation agenda. This is not a traditional PMO or project manager role. This role sits at the center of Mosaic’s operating system—working directly with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), functional leaders, subject-matter experts, and field leadership to ensure transformation initiatives are sequenced, coordinated, and landed effectively without overwhelming operators in the field. Success in this role is measured by throughput, focus, and decision velocity—not by reports, templates, or meeting volume. What You’ll Do: Enterprise Transformation Leadership • Own Mosaic’s enterprise transformation roadmap, including sequencing, prioritization, and timing of initiatives. • Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives across HQ, ELT, and operating companies without owning functional execution. • Run the central transformation cadence and lead enterprise transformation calls. Strategic Integration & Sequencing • Act as a neutral integrator between strategy, functional teams, and the field. • Surface dependencies, tradeoffs, capacity constraints, and collision risks across initiatives. • Ensure clarity on what’s live, what’s next, and what’s paused. Decision Velocity & Escalation • Drive faster decisions by escalating issues with clear options and recommendations. • Enable timely kill, pause, or pivot decisions. • Reduce ambiguity around ownership, timing, and priorities. Change Adoption & Feedback Loops • Ensure transformations actually stick—measured by behavior change and outcomes, not training completion. • Build feedback loops from the field into sequencing and prioritization decisions. • Bring a strong field mindset to enterprise planning. What You Won’t Do • Own functional execution or act as a task master • Create reporting for reporting’s sake • Add meetings without removing others • Serve as a compliance, governance, or documentation-focused PMO • Optimize for tools, templates, or process over outcomes Success Looks Like Transformation Throughput • Mosaic runs 3–5 Brand Partner transformations in parallel without collision • Fewer stalled or “zombie” initiatives • Clear sequencing across operating model, tech stack, integrations, and growth Field Focus Protection • Operators can articulate quarterly priorities and the “why” • Net reduction in ad-hoc requests to MPs/RPs • HQ and field feel aligned and coordinated Decision Velocity • Faster escalation and resolution of issues • Fewer lingering or ambiguous decisions • Clear ownership and timing across initiatives Enterprise Operating Rhythm • Calm, predictable transformation cadence • No shadow PMOs or rogue pilots • Consistent, intentional communication What We're Looking For • Experience in PE-backed, multi-site, or high-growth services platforms • Post-merger integration, operating model transformation, or enterprise change leadership • Exposure to field operations where adoption truly mattered • Experience acting as an executive proxy or thought partner • MBA or equivalent strategic operating experience strongly preferred • Enterprise systems thinker • Strong operator empathy • Comfortable influencing without authority • Willing to say no—to everyone equally • Bias toward clarity, sequencing, and focus over activity • Naturally asks “why,” not just “how” Travel and Location: • Mosaic has an office in NW Washington DC, we are on a hybrid basis • This position may require minimal travel as needed Why Join Us • Ability to play a critical role in the building of Mosaic in the first ~6 months since we launched to the public • Be part of a lean and mighty team with room to grow as the company expands • Help to build the best-in-class residential services platform business in the market Compensation And Benefits • Mosaic offers highly competitive benefits package that includes base and bonus (Comp includes base of $130K-$150K with a small bonus) • Travel reimbursement • Full benefits (health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance) • Opportunities for career advancement in a rapidly growing company
