Position: Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Vancouver, WA Reports to: Executive Director Classification: Salaried, Exempt Job Type: Full-Time About the Role White Oak Village Memory Care is seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. This position is responsible for driving occupancy growth, building strong community relationships, and providing an exceptional customer experience to residents, families, and referral sources. You’ll lead outreach, tours, home visits, and events to connect prospective families with our community—while ensuring our mission and values shine through every interaction. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, clinics, social workers, and senior centers. • Conduct presentations, tours, and home visits to introduce families and professionals to our services. • Follow company sales processes and documentation standards, ensuring timely database updates. • Develop, organize, and attend lead-generating events both in-house and within the community. • Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and department heads on outreach strategy, tours, and admissions. • Ensure every admission meets financial qualifications and required documentation. • Lead staff training on tour process, inquiry calls, and customer service excellence. • Track and report outreach, referral, and occupancy metrics monthly. • Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Executive Director. Minimum Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or admissions (preferably in senior living, healthcare, or related services). • Strong understanding of admission regulations and senior care practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management (Welcome Home). • Organized, motivated, and able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
