Job Description Summary ‎ The Senior Project Manager works independently on enterprise-impact projects with limited supervision. Decisions impact project- and program-level outcomes. This job leads complex, high-priority projects with significant cross-functional dependencies, serves as a trusted delivery partner for senior stakeholders, and contributes to methodology and standards development. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Key Responsibilities • Lead complex, high-priority projects from initiation through close, managing scope, budget, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communications with limited supervision. • Develop detailed integrated project plans that account for cross-functional dependencies, resource constraints, and organizational priorities. • Facilitate executive steering committees and leadership decision-making sessions, preparing materials and driving agenda. • Apply advanced risk management techniques to identify, quantify, and mitigate project threats proactively. • Contribute to the development of project management standards, templates, and governance frameworks. • Mentor project managers and provide guidance on methodology, stakeholder management, and delivery approaches. ‎ Compensation Range: $85,159.00 to $127,738.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
