Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Plymouth, MI. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, maintaining organized records, coordinating communications, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes assisting in sales transactions, scheduling client meetings, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales operations. Qualifications • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities to meet client needs and provide clear information • Proficiency in Sales processes and strategies to support team goals • Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail for maintaining records and managing multiple tasks efficiently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role is a plus • High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is an advantage
