Role Overview: As a Senior Scheduler I within our Energy Storage Group, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing project schedules to ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert scheduling support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your ability to remain flexible, resourceful, and proactive will be key to driving project success. What You'll Do: - You will develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard software. - You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather scheduling inputs and resolve conflicts. - You will analyze schedule data to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement. - You will prepare and present schedule reports and forecasts to stakeholders at all levels. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements related to scheduling. - You will support project teams in implementing schedule recovery plans when necessary. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the scheduling process. - You will mentor junior schedulers and provide guidance on best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in energy storage or construction industries. - Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. - Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams. - Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions under pressure. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with energy storage projects or renewable energy sectors. - Certification in scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP or equivalent). - Familiarity with risk management and earned value management techniques. - Experience mentoring or leading scheduling teams.
