Role Overview: As an Assistant Project Manager in our Energy Storage Group, you will play a critical role in supporting project managers from bid preparation through to final client acceptance. You will lead, coach, and mentor project team members, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do: - You will assist in managing all phases of energy storage projects, from initial bid to project closeout. - You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment. - You will lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - You will monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. - You will identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly. - You will support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and client presentations. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the energy storage or renewable energy sector. - Strong knowledge of energy storage technologies and construction processes. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams. - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with utility-scale energy storage projects. - PMP or equivalent project management certification. - Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction. - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
