Our Products Liability Practice Group We defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort cases. Who You Are You are a high performer with at least 15 years of experience looking for a non-partnership track position with the following: • Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required) • Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy • You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude • Excellent client service skills • Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery • Managing document collection, review, and production • Causation and/or failure analysis • Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings • You have excellent written and oral communication skills • You are an active member of the Bar in the State in which you reside and are able to waive into or barred in the State of Washington. For all office locations the annual salary range: $170,000 - $200,000
