Role Overview: As a Logistics & Operations Coordinator at Morningstar, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our supply chain and operational processes. Your efforts will ensure timely delivery of products, efficient inventory management, and seamless coordination between various departments to support our mission of providing top-tier solar energy solutions. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. - You will collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products. - You will monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - You will manage order processing and track shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. - You will assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - You will support warehouse management and oversee stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock. - You will communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues promptly. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and operations. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination. - You possess strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - You are proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing industry. - Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance standards. - Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
