Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Medication Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medication Assistant will provide direct patient care, assist with medications and support healthcare professionals. Responsibilities -Assist residents with their medications - Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Take and record vital signs accurately - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients - Follow proper infection control procedures - Document patient information accurately Skills - Experience in hospice care, medical-surgical, long term care, memory care, inpatient, clinic settings is preferred - Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) techniques - Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing quality patient care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Nursing and Medication Assistant.
