Your Role in Our Journey As a Strategic Account Manager, you will: • Onboard & Develop Clients: Guide new clients through a 120-day runway that diagnoses problems, establishes placement cadence, and unlocks consistent account flow. • Build Executive Partnerships: Engage C-Suite leaders and buying committees, earning trust that secures long-term placements and strategic influence. You must be able to secure influence with the true decision-maker—the person with final authority—and maintain it as relationships develop. • Drive Strategic Impact: Uncover inefficiencies, advise on accounts receivable optimization, and position MCB as the indispensable partner for results. • Manage & Grow a Portfolio: Own a book of 80–120 clients, with regular “book shakedowns” to ensure quality and profitability. • Produce Measurable Results: Within your first year, you’ll be expected to grow your book into an $800K–$1.2M engine of capped business each month. For you, that translates into $12,000–$18,000 in monthly income. As your portfolio matures, you will consistently earn $215,000+ annually.
