Role Description The Sponsorship Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in generating revenue by identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with potential sponsors, designing tailored sponsorship packages, negotiating agreements, and meeting sales targets. The Specialist will also collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure value delivery to sponsors. This is a full-time remote position. Qualifications • Proven experience in Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship strategies • Strong Communication and negotiation skills • Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales techniques • Ability to build and nurture relationships with partners and stakeholders • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Analytical mindset to assess sponsorship performance and ROI • Experience in event marketing or corporate partnerships is a plus • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
