Kickstart Your Civil Engineering Career This Summer! Moody Engineering is looking for ambitious, talented students to join our Site Development Team in Columbus, Ohio for a paid summer internship. If you’re ready to turn classroom knowledge into real-world impact, this is your chance to work on diverse, high-profile projects and gain hands-on experience that sets you apart. Why Moody Engineering? Work on projects ranging from large-scale master planning to small, intricate site developments. Collaborate with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Gain exposure to the full life cycle of civil engineering projects—from concept to completion. What You’ll Do Design and draft engineering plans for retail, commercial, residential, municipal, and higher-education developments. Tackle site grading, drainage, utility design, parking layouts, storm sewer systems, and stormwater management calculations. Solve challenges creatively and independently while learning from real-world projects. What We’re Looking For Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Bentley MicroStation/Open Roads. Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to apply theoretical principles to practical work. Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Currently pursuing a BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
