About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our US team and help drive customer success, renewals, and revenue growth. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, nurture relationships, support onboarding and identify opportunities to expand how organisations use Moodle. This role blends sales, client success, and cross-functional collaboration - perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. What You’ll Do Most days in this role usually involve a mix of: Managing a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary point of contact Leading renewal discussions and identifying upsell opportunities Coordinating onboarding projects and working closely with Learning Designers Partnering with Support, DevOps, and Technology teams to deliver a seamless client experience Hosting regular client success meetings Using tools such as Salesforce, Teamwork, Slack, and Google Workspace Supporting the sales team with trade-shows, conferences, and events Maintaining accurate documentation and client records We’d love to meet you Especially if you can tell us about your: Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to think strategically about client long-term goals Confidence working with cross-functional teams Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, or SaaS (nice-to-have!)
