What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role within the financial services industry. - You have strong knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid or remote contact center environment. - Familiarity with credit union operations and member service standards. - Additional certifications in financial services or customer service. - Multilingual abilities to support diverse member needs.
