Monterey Park Postal Center is looking for a new part-time store clerk. Members of our team are personable, organized, and responsible individuals with a passion for excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Greet and receive customers and process domestic and international mail/shipments • Handle incoming mail and packages for mailbox customers • Perform retail product sales and document services such as copying, printing, scanning, and faxing • Display and organize products in the store for the customers to locate easily • Learn and support additional services (passport photo, live scan, notary) • Maintain a clean and efficient workspace Requirements • Bilingual in English and Spanish • High school diploma • Some computer knowledge Preference • Previous cashier/customer service experience • Live close to the postal center • Notary License is a plus but not required Work hours • Monday – Friday (2:00pm-6:00pm) occasional morning availability required • Every other Saturday (9:30am – 2:00pm) Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Language: • Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: • Monterey Park, CA 91754 (Required) Work Location: In person
