Data Analyst Manager Location: Remote (U.S) Level: Manager Clearance: Public Trust Montcure, LLC is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering financial management, audit readiness, internal controls, data analytics, and program support to federal clients across the Department of Defense and civilian agencies. This role supports a Department of Defense health program serving wounded, ill, and injured service members and their caregivers. About the Role We're seeking a Data Analyst Manager to build and run the recurring report pipeline — monthly performance, quarterly quality assurance and caregiver compensation, and annual and survey outcome reporting — and to maintain the written procedure behind each product. You'll own cohort extraction and validation, maintain the caregiver compensation database, and serve as the independent check on other analysts' output. What You'll Do * Build and run the recurring report pipeline: monthly performance, quarterly quality assurance and caregiver compensation, and annual and survey outcome reporting * Maintain the written procedure for each recurring reporting product * Perform cohort extraction and validation * Maintain the caregiver compensation database * Deliver system user training * Re-perform calculations as the independent quality check on other analysts' output Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * 5+ years of data analysis experience * Demonstrated ownership of recurring analytic reports from extract through delivery * SQL; advanced Excel; Power BI or comparable visualization tooling * Experience documenting data lineage and maintaining written reporting procedures * Experience performing quality control and re-performance on another analyst's work * Experience extracting and validating population or cohort lists from a system of record Preferred Qualifications * Recognized data analytics certification * Experience working with survey data and response analysis * Experience maintaining a program database of record * Experience delivering end-user system training * Experience producing statistical charts including box, violin, and control charts * Familiarity with military health or personnel data What Success Looks Like * Owns the numbers end-to-end and can explain exactly how any figure was derived * Comfortable serving as the quality check on someone else's work without friction * Documentation-minded — writes procedures others can actually follow * Reliable against recurring, calendar-locked reporting cycles Benefits * 401(k) retirement plan * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) Status: Contingency – This work is contingent upon award.
