Customer Service / Sales Representative Weekly Pay plus uncapped commission Full-Time Position - Training Provided - Immediate Start Charlotte, NC (Candidates MUST be able to commute to this location daily) Our newest client is currently looking for a confident and driven individual to work closely with their new client as a Customer Service / Sales Representative. Initially, they would be looking to train you within the new campaign, to provide solid representation for their clients and generate new, long-term customers, so strong communications skills are a must! Previous customer facing experience is ideal, but we believe individuals with a great attitude and mindset is more important, as they provide full training and can help you develop the skills required. Customer Service /Sales Representative Duties This is not your average customer service & sales job; no two days are the same. You will be carrying out meaningful work giving you great job satisfaction at the end of the day. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to: • Establishing new customer relationships at our private site events across the region • Completing new customer applications and collecting payment details • Assisting prospective customers with questions they may have and give full product information • Deal with customer requests • Provide the customers with information about the client's products and services available • Establish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with co-workers. • Ensure the client's brand awareness strategy is implemented and overall market share is positively impacted as a result. • Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls and other business meetings.
