Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Monkee's of Fairfax. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities - Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment for their shopping experience -Steam clothing in shipments that are received - Assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and addressing any concerns - Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately handle transactions - Assist with stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and keeping the store tidy - Provide exceptional customer service - Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the shopping experience - Meet and exceed sales targets - Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including some weekend hours Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 – 25 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
