Job Overview We are excited to announce the opening of a new restaurant and are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Duties • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow. • Full service restaurant • Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, including training, development, and performance evaluations. • Handle inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs effectively. • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. • Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. • Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards. • Assist in budgeting, cost control measures, and overall restaurant financial management. • Lead by example in fostering a positive team environment focused on hospitality excellence. Experience • Proven management in hospitality • Background in hospitality operations including food handling, culinary experience, and kitchen management. • Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred. • Experience with inventory control, budgeting, staff training & development, and customer service excellence. • Background in casual dining environments is advantageous. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
