Job Title: Senior Sourcing Manager Location-Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite/week) Start Date Is: March (preferred) Duration: Perm Compensation Range: $120-150k Job Description: Lead and execute sourcing strategy for capital equipment and maintenance/MROC categories, owning supplier selection, negotiations, and lifecycle cost optimization in an industrial manufacturing environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end sourcing for capital equipment (fabrication, machining, testing, automation) and facility/infrastructure upgrades • Lead RFx events, supplier evaluations, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, warranties, and commercial terms to reduce risk and improve value • Build and manage supplier relationships; drive performance metrics (uptime, responsiveness, cost control) • Partner with Engineering/Operations/Finance to align sourcing plans to CapEx budgets and ROI targets • Monitor market trends and identify alternate sources to maintain competitiveness • Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety/regulatory requirements, and audit documentation • Track contract compliance and support ongoing supplier governance Requirements: • Must-Haves: • 5 years of sourcing/procurement experience (with 2 years in capital equipment and/or maintenance/MRO/MROC) • Industrial/manufacturing background with strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., fabrication/machining) • Experience sourcing capital equipment (machines, automation, infrastructure) and complex services/contracts • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional partners • Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related (engineering strongly preferred) • Hands-on, proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives work to completion • Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with supplier relationship management / SRM / SIM tools • PMP certification (helpful, not required) • MBA or advanced degree • Certifications: CPSM/CSM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma • Reliability engineering, PM/TPM exposure • Industry experience in: power/grid/electrical infrastructure, industrial automation, heavy equipment, process manufacturing, aerospace/defense, large food/pharma manufacturing About the Company: Mondo
