Job Title: Product Manager, Data Products Location-Type: 100% Remote Start Date Is: ASAP (March 2nd or March 9th is ideal) Duration: Contract to Hire (3 Months) Eligible Work Authorization Status: US-Citizen or Green Card • W2 Pay Rate Range (while on contract) : $65/hr - $80/hr • Annual Base Salary Range (when converted to Direct Hire/FTE) : $150k - $175k Job Description: The Product Manager, Data Products will lead end-to-end data product strategy and delivery, partnering with executive stakeholders to design and implement high-impact data and AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Lead daily stand-ups (9am EST) and manage 2-week sprint cycles with clear deliverables • Partner with client stakeholders 2x/week to align on objectives, progress, and outcomes • Translate business problems into data product strategies and actionable roadmaps • Drive commercial product rollouts, focusing on reducing friction and increasing conversions • Guide cross-functional teams (data engineers, data scientists, analysts) through execution • Facilitate post-client debriefs and internal alignment sessions • Present insights, recommendations, and product updates to non-technical executives • Ensure solutions align with best practices in data architecture, governance, and scalability Requirements: • Must-Have Skills/Experiences: • 7 years of overall experience; 3–5 years in relevant data-driven product roles • Proven experience leading commercial product development and rollout initiatives • Strong background in data transformation initiatives and large-scale data products • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in agile environments • Demonstrated ability to reduce friction and increase conversion through product strategy • Executive-facing experience with strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills • Hands-on familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Azure, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS) • Experience in financial services and/or healthcare industries • Nice-to-Haves Skills/Experiences: • AI/ML product exposure • Background in consulting firms with implementation focus • Experience from large-scale tech or enterprise organizations Remote About the Company: Mondo
