Serve as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders; draft clear, professional communications. Prepare agendas, materials, and briefings; ensure clear follow-up and action tracking. Coordinate travel, itineraries, and events with precision and cost awareness. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of trust and professionalism. Identify ways to streamline processes, remove obstacles, and improve workflows for the executive and team. Build strong, respectful relationships across all levels of the organization. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
