Job Description: • Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building • Stocking store shelves and maintaining or changing out displays • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives • Optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps • Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions • Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines • Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed • Communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team • Follow the daily schedule set by merchandising manager • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches • Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed) • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
