Description Our sales team is growing, and we’re looking for a Solutions Engineering Team Lead to help scale our pre-sales function and drive impact across the business. As a Solutions Engineering Team Lead at monday.com, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping prospects understand the full value of our platform. Leveraging your deep product knowledge, SaaS expertise, and strong customer-facing skills, you’ll guide the sales team and prospects through the technical and business aspects of our solutions. About The Role Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers. Define and evolve team methodologies, best practices, and processes to scale effectively. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and seamless handoffs. Participate in discovery calls and product demos, helping shape tailored solutions and sales pitches. Collaborate on RFP responses and address technical and security-related questions from prospects. Act as a key liaison between Sales and Product, ensuring customer feedback informs product strategy. Contribute to go-to-market plans for new products and guide team members specialized in them. Represent the Solutions Engineering team in leadership discussions, providing insight into customer needs and market trends. Requirements 4+ years of experience leading Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales teams in a SaaS environment. Proven success building and scaling skilled, diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. Recognized track record of leadership excellence and customer success. Strong problem-solving abilities with a deep technical curiosity about how IT systems drive business outcomes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Skilled in business process mapping and designing scalable customer solutions. Experience managing security reviews and addressing detailed technical requirements from enterprise clients. Collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
