About the position Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join our Solutions Engineering team in Denver. You’ll play a critical role in developing custom solutions to showcase the "art of the possible" for strategic customers needing functionality that goes beyond the native monday.com offering. These custom solutions will leverage monday.com's API and App Development framework to create custom workflow automations, UI views, and more. This is a customer-facing role that requires aptitude across our four main pillars of engagement: Discovery, Design/Proposal, Development, and Presentation. If you thrive at the intersection of engineering, product thinking, and customer collaboration, this role is for you. Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Denver office. Responsibilities • Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to unblock strategic deals, renewals, expansions, and technical proof-of-concepts • Lead deep technical and business discovery with customers to understand the requirements and use case through in-depth discovery sessions with customers • Translate customer pain points into clearly scoped, high-impact technical designs • Build and deploy production-grade custom solutions using monday.com’s app framework, APIs, SDKs, and automation tools • Develop full-stack solutions (front-end, back-end, integrations, and hosting) with exposure to all aspects of delivery, including deployment and DevOps considerations • Resolve bugs and provide ongoing support/iteration for live custom solutions active in the service environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on project engagements typically ranging between 2-6 weeks in duration.
