Momofuku Goods Momofuku Goods aims to redefine the American pantry by giving home cooks restaurant-grade essentials that make cooking more fun, enjoyable, and delicious. Founded in 2020 by David Chang and the Momofuku team, Momofuku Goods carries forward the same principles that shaped our restaurants—challenging conventions and making the unfamiliar familiar. The Momofuku Goods Social Media & Community Intern provides creative and administrative support to our marketing team. This role balances content support with community engagement, helping to grow Momofuku’s digital presence while deepening connections with our audience. The intern contributes to social media campaigns, content creation, and influencer engagement to expand Momofuku’s reach and strengthen its online community. This opportunity is fully remote and works exclusively on Momofuku's home cooking products business. Salary Description: $20.00 an hour What's in it for you? Responsibilities: • Assist in social media management and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads • Brainstorm and pitch ideas for social content, campaigns, and community initiatives • Create and edit video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Monitor and engage with our community on Instagram (responding to DMs, comments, and mentions) • Repost user-generated content and Instagram Stories that feature Momofuku products • Proactively identify influencer and community posts to comment on, helping build relationships and brand visibility • Assist with scheduling content shoots and maintaining Momofuku’s content calendar • Support marketing activities, especially around new product launches • Analyze social media data and create weekly and monthly reports Required Qualifications: • Experience creating and editing short-form video content, specifically for TikTok and Instagram • Familiarity with social media management and reporting tools • Strong interest in food, community building, and consumer products • Team-focused mindset and empathetic approach to collaboration • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Impeccable attention to detail and self-starter work style • Willingness to accept guidance in a positive manner and implement feedback productively • Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment Preferred Qualifications • A proven track record of dependability and a continuous focus on learning and development Physical Demands: • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
