Designing and implementing enterprise-level Workfront and AEM solutions, integrating with other systems, and guiding strategic adoption.
Over 5 years of experience with Adobe Workfront, 3+ years with AEM, and strong enterprise system integration skills.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Adobe Workfront:Architect and implement scalable Workfront and WF Planning solutions.Design custom workflows, templates, dashboards, and reporting structures.Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud and other enterprise tools using WF Fusion and APIs.Has good knowledge on Enterprise level Rest API Integrations. Has depth knowledge on platform security, privacy , legal , ethical aspects while designing technical solutions.Provide guidance on governance, change management, and UX for Workfront adoption. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM):Design and manage AEM Assets architecture including metadata models, workflows, and integrations.Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure efficient digital asset management.Implement best practices for AEM Sites and Assets, ensuring alignment with marketing and content strategies. Work Board:Architect OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks and execution dashboards in Work Board.Integrate Work Board with Workfront and other enterprise systems to align strategic goals with operational execution.Provide guidance on OKR adoption, coaching, and performance tracking.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront, including Fusion and API-based integrations.3+ years of experience with AEM (Assets and/or Sites), including metadata modeling and workflow design.2+ years of experience with Work Board or similar OKR platforms.Strong understanding of marketing operations, content lifecycle, and strategic execution.Experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills
