Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. Crafted Highlights: In the role of an Executive Administrative Assistant working in Chicago Illinois you will be part of the Marketing team. This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to two VPs and 4 Sr. Directors on the Above Premium marketing teams. This position requires considerable discretion and independent judgment. Key responsibilities include effective calendar, meeting planning, financial acumen, & understanding policies and procedures with the ability to communicate these across teams. To enable these responsibilities, it is essential this individual has strong people management skills as well as sound communication skills associated with routine and high-level written and verbal correspondence. Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $56,600.00 - $74,300.00 (posting salary range) + 5% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
