Professional Tutors lead one-on-one or small-group tutoring/coaching sessions, as well as workshops. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Provide personalized academic coaching to help students develop clear, goal-oriented plans for success and foster ownership of their learning journey. • Support students in acquiring new academic and personal success skills, including study strategies, note-taking, test preparation, motivation, and goal setting. • Create and distribute academic success resources and toolkits to serve as effective skills-building references. • Facilitate tutor/coach training and contribute to developing program enhancements. • Offer students constructive feedback to encourage growth and improvement. Preferred Qualifications • Expertise in working with college-level students would be a valuable complement to this role. SALARY INFORMATION When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring hourly pay rate for this position is $40.00. This hiring hourly pay rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
