Molina Healthcare is seeking a Director of Transformation (AI) to lead enterprise initiatives that drive strategic, operational, and technology-enabled transformation across the organization. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities and implement scalable solutions that improve organizational performance. Responsibilities • Partners with executive leaders to identify, evaluate and scope strategic transformational opportunities (“art of the possible”) that align with enterprise objectives • Oversees the project intake, discovery and implementation process for transformation initiatives • Evaluates existing business processes, technology and organizational design to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency • Leads assessment and viability analysis of new initiative or solution to determine business readiness, impact and value • Monitors project performance, identifies risks, and escalates issues to leadership with recommended mitigation strategies • Translates strategic objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps with measurable success metrics • Applies structured change management and communication approaches to enable successful adoption of new ways of working. Creates communication strategies that clarify purpose, benefits, and progress of transformation initiatives • Serves as a change champion, fostering engagement, trust, and alignment throughout the organization • Ensures consistent application of project management standards, tools, and governance practices • Builds strong relationships across departments, promoting collaboration and shared accountability for enterprise outcomes • Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on transformation readiness, execution capability, and enterprise change maturity Skills • At least 8 years of progressive experience in transformation, strategy, enterprise project or change management within a managed care or healthcare organization, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience • 3 years management/leadership experience • Proven success operating in a matrixed environment, influencing cross-functional teams through large-scale change and implementation efforts • Deep understanding of managed care operations, provider networks, and healthcare delivery systems • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset • Proficiency in project and change management methodologies (PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, Agile preferred) Benefits • Competitive benefits and compensation package Company Overview • Molina Healthcare is a healthcare company that specializes in government-sponsored healthcare programs for families and individuals.
