Job Description JOB SUMMARY Provide hands on technical coordination across engineering, platform, data, security, and operations teams. Focus on troubleshooting, solution alignment, and execution support. Partner with engineers and architects to resolve issues and move work forward. Support AI use case intake and evaluation in collaboration with architecture and AI governance teams. JOB DUTIES Coordinate technical work across application, platform, infrastructure, data, security, and vendor teams. Support triage of technical issues across environments. Participate in root cause analysis and resolution activities. Translate business and operational needs into clear technical problem statements with guidance from senior engineers or architects. Participate in technical working sessions and design reviews to support alignment across teams. Track technical dependencies, risks, and follow ups. Drive closure through coordination and communication. Support engineering teams during build, integration, testing, and release by helping remove blockers and clarify requirements. Review solution designs for completeness and adherence to established standards. Escalate gaps and risks as needed. Support validation of non functional requirements including performance, resiliency, monitoring, logging, audit, and security. Assist with AI use case intake and technical triage. Help assess feasibility, data readiness, and architectural fit. Work with teams to refine AI use cases by identifying data needs, integration points, and operational considerations. Collaborate with the AI Governance team to ensure AI solutions follow required review processes and guardrails. Route AI use cases to architecture, governance, or platform teams based on intake outcomes. Support integrated testing and UAT from a technical readiness perspective. Assist with defect triage. Coordinate vendor and third party technical activities such as integrations and upgrades. Maintain technical documentation, design notes, and operational artifacts. Provide clear status and issue updates to leads and managers. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to tools, patterns, or processes. Job Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: ● 8+ years’ experience in software engineering, preferably in the Healthcare Payer industry. ● Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment. ● Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. ● Experience in both architecture and implementation level software design. ● Experience in requirement capture, analysis techniques, and process improvement approaches. ● Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and drive them toward goals. ● Considerable experience of Azure services and its configuration. ● Experience with other cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) ● Experience building or reviewing AI user-cases and design. ● Experience with various Enterprise Complex Design patterns, Ability to whiteboard and guide cross-functional teams, as necessary. ● Ability to troubleshoot on large complex Enterprise Application and hands-on troubleshooting using troubleshooting tools. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a keen attention to detail. ● Excellent client-facing skills, experience in dealing with clients at all levels of management ● Excellent oral and written communication skills. ● Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master’s degree: Business, Information System, Public Health, Computer Science, or other relevant experience PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: ● Knowledge of healthcare payer systems, standards, and protocols. ● Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance issues. ● Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technology quickly.
