• *OTE $155,000** Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Fintech Sales Consultant to support healthcare businesses in enhancing their digital payment capabilities and financial performance. This role involves educating medical and dental practices on payment solutions, driving patient payment success, and becoming a trusted advisor to office managers and doctors. The ideal candidate excels in relationship-building, remote and in-person sales strategies, and is self-motivated to take ownership of their territory. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare payment challenges and patient payment solutions. • Prospect both in-person and virtually to office managers and doctors, aligning solutions with their business needs. • Build relationships with dental associations, local business groups, and community organizations to generate lead referrals. • Leverage CRM systems and tools to track and prioritize prospects, maintaining a consistent sales pipeline. • Collaborate with Sales Directors and peers to share best practices and competitive intelligence. • Develop and execute daily and weekly plans using data and tools to maximize sales opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: • 2+ years of territory sales or field sales experience. • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently. • Proficiency with virtual presentation tools and video conferencing platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and ability to navigate cross-functional environments. • Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving work environments. • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is preferred. • Background in financial services, healthcare, or technology sales is a plus.
