Bilingual Buyer / Supply Planner (Turkish Speaking)Location: Darien, IL | Onsite Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000 base salary + full benefitsAbout the OpportunityWe’re partnered with a well-established and growing food & consumer products company that’s expanding its supply chain team and looking to hire a Buyer / Supply Planner who speaks Turkish. This is a high-impact role focused on procurement, inventory optimization, and supplier collaboration, including communication with international suppliers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product availability, improving planning accuracy, and supporting a smooth end-to-end supply chain. If you enjoy ownership, problem-solving, and working cross-functionally in a structured but fast-moving environment, this role offers strong visibility and long-term growth.What You’ll Be Doing• Source and manage suppliers, including pricing negotiations and purchase orders • Maintain optimal inventory levels and safety stock to support demand • Support forecasting and demand planning alignment with internal teams • Track supplier performance, service levels, and key inventory metrics • Maintain accurate item, vendor, and pricing data within ERP systems • Coordinate inbound deliveries and proactively manage delays or exceptions • Partner with Quality, Operations, and Planning teams to ensure compliance and performance • Build reports, analyze trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For• 3+ years of experience in buying, purchasing, or supply planning • Strong Excel skills for analysis, tracking, and reporting • ERP system experience (SAP preferred, but not required) • Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain fundamentals • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Fluent in Turkish and English (required for supplier communication) Why You’ll Want This Role• Stable, growing organization with long-term career opportunities • Exposure to global suppliers and diverse product categories • Well-structured operations and supportive leadership • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits • Healthy work-life balance in an onsite, team-oriented environment MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
