You will serve as a warm and knowledgeable point of contact, answering inbound customer inquiries about the client’s services. This role involves handling phone-based customer support in both Spanish and English.
Candidates should have a pleasant phone voice and strong multitasking skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, and phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.

ModSquad has partnered with a client whose innovative software helps property owners identify potential overpayments on their property taxes and leverages automation to secure eligible tax reductions. This is not a sales role. Instead, you'll serve as a warm and knowledgeable point of contact, answering inbound customer inquiries about the client’s services. As a member of this team, you’ll handle phone-based customer support in both Spanish and English, providing clear, friendly assistance to those seeking more information. Project Hours (All Times Pacific): Monday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm Commitment: 20 hours per week 90 days (as needed) Hourly Pay Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase What Are We Looking For: Pleasant phone voice Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required Strong multitasking skills, with a passion for research and learning new things each day Energetic and positive individuals that take pride in helping people find the best solution Bilingual in English and Spanish ***PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application.
