What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in client account management, preferably in facilities maintenance or construction services. - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and janitorial services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
