What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in facilities maintenance or construction. - You have strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and janitorial services. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - You are proficient in project management and scheduling tools. - You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with nationwide clients and managing multi-site accounts. - Familiarity with construction and maintenance industry standards and regulations. - Background in sales or business development within the facilities services sector. - Certification in project management (PMP or similar).
