What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in account management or client services, preferably in facilities maintenance or construction. - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
