Role Overview: As a Client Services Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and service teams, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of facilities maintenance services. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and overseeing project execution to meet client expectations. What You'll Do: - You will manage client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all facilities maintenance needs. - You will coordinate scheduling and dispatch of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, janitorial, and emergency repairs. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery. - You will monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will assist in preparing reports and documentation related to service activities. - You will identify opportunities for service improvements and contribute to process enhancements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in client account management or facilities maintenance coordination. - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and janitorial services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
