What You'll Do: - You will manage client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all facilities maintenance needs. - You will coordinate scheduling and dispatch of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, janitorial, and emergency repairs. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery. - You will monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will assist in preparing reports and documentation related to service activities. - You will identify opportunities for service improvements and contribute to process enhancements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in client account management or facilities maintenance coordination. - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and janitorial services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
