What You'll Do: - You will manage client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique maintenance requirements. - You will coordinate scheduling and dispatch of maintenance and repair services to meet client expectations. - You will oversee project progress, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. - You will communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues. - You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and resource allocation. - You will analyze client feedback and service data to recommend improvements. - You will prepare reports and documentation related to client services and project status. - You will assist in developing strategies to expand client accounts and service offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in client account management or facilities maintenance coordination. - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
