What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in account management or client services, preferably in facilities maintenance or construction. - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and janitorial services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a construction or facilities management company. - Familiarity with emergency repair protocols and rapid response coordination. - Technical background or certifications related to facilities maintenance. - Experience with contract negotiation and service level agreements.
