The Partner Engagement Coordinator will play a vital role in driving new business growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective education partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Engagement, this position focuses on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach and data management, and providing operational support to Partner Engagement Managers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about expanding educational opportunities for all students. Key Responsibilities: Lead Research & Data Management Conduct comprehensive research on school districts in target states, including scraping websites for curriculum usage and district contact information. Make outbound calls to district offices to confirm curriculum information and obtain accurate contact details. Maintain data integrity by accurately entering and updating all lead information in Salesforce in accordance with established guidelines. Perform deep research to support personalized outreach efforts by the broader team. Create and manage contacts and opportunities within the CRM system. Outbound Lead Generation & Qualification Design, launch, and manage cold outreach sequences that include both email and calls to generate new leads. Receive, clean, qualify, and route all inbound leads across systems in a timely, professional manner. Conduct discovery conversations to assess customer fit. Partner Engagement Team Support Maintain and coordinate the use of operational tools for the Partner Engagement team, such as MixMax, Gong, Asana, Salesforce, Calendly, etc. Coordinate channel partnerships, conference logistics, and follow-up activities to maximize event ROI. Support team members with administrative tasks related to partner engagement initiatives. We are looking for: Self-starter who can work independently and think on their feet. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Customer service driven with a high degree of responsiveness. Willing to learn new processes and systems. Experienced with productivity tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace. Strong phone presence and comfort making high volumes of outbound calls to education stakeholders Proven ability to conduct thorough online research and synthesize findings efficiently Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality Preferred skills: Experience creating and managing multi-touch email sequences or marketing automation workflows Experience using AI tools to increase productivity, process data, and streamline processes.
