We’re looking for a strong, driven multi-unit leader to join our leadership team and own the execution of major Fiber initiatives across Wisconsin. This is not a maintenance role, this is a build, scale, and win opportunity. Wisconsin is a Fiber growth market, and we need a leader who understands strategic selling, thrives in event driven execution, and knows how to lead multiple locations with clarity, urgency, and purpose. Why This Role Is Exciting • You will lead active and upcoming Fiber projects that directly impact market growth • You’ll influence how Fiber is sold, positioned, and executed across multiple communities • You’ll work alongside a collaborative leadership team — we’re looking for a great peer, not just a resume • You’ll have real ownership: strategy, execution, and results What You’ll Own • Lead and develop multiple retail locations across the Wisconsin market • Execute Fiber-first and converged selling strategies in-store and in the community • Drive event-based selling, partnerships, and local market activation • Coach and develop Store Managers and teams to perform at a high level • Own staffing, performance, and operational excellence across the territory • Ensure consistent execution of AT&T brand standards and expectations What We’re Looking For • Proven experience leading multiple retail locations • Strong understanding of Fiber, strategic/top-down selling, and KPI execution • Event-focused leader who knows how to drive traffic and results outside the four walls • Confident coach who builds leaders, not just numbers • Organized, accountable, and energized by growth and execution • A collaborative leader who adds value as a peer and partner If you’re the kind of leader who wants to build something meaningful, execute at a high level, and be part of a leadership team that values ownership and accountability, this is your opportunity.
