We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Education Incentives, and more.  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:  * Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support short-term and long-term business planning. * Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to identify key performance indicators * Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for senior management and key stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide insights on business performance. * Support the annual planning and budgeting process.  * Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.  WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:  * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * At least 2 years of relevant work experience in FP&A or a similar role. * Strong understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques. * Proficient in tools and software, such as Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software, and PowerPoint. Tableau is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. * M&A integration experience is a plus.
