Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Estimator / Project Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional electrical construction projects. This role combines precise estimating with proactive project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll leverage your electrical expertise and construction management skills to coordinate bids, develop accurate cost estimates, and oversee project execution from inception to completion. Your energetic approach will drive efficiency, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex electrical systems across diverse projects. • Prepare detailed electrical project estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements using tools like HeavyBid and Bluebeam. • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards. • Develop comprehensive project budgets, monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle, and implement cost control strategies to maximize profitability. • Coordinate with design teams, clients, and construction crews to ensure project scope aligns with technical specifications and contractual obligations. • Oversee all phases of construction management on-site and in the office, including scheduling, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality assurance. • Manage contracts by reviewing terms, tracking deliverables, and ensuring adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and other relevant regulations. • Lead project meetings to track progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain open communication channels among stakeholders for seamless project execution. • Strong proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam for accurate bid preparation. • Extensive electrical experience combined with solid construction site knowledge to interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively. • Proven ability in negotiation to secure advantageous contracts and pricing agreements. • Expertise in cost control techniques to manage budgets efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. • Deep understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code), contracts management, and construction management principles. • Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading complex electrical projects from start to finish. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
