Remote Learning & Development Associate (Temp-to-Perm) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Contract: 3+ months (potential for permanent placement) Location: Remote – open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. Equipment: Laptop provided (must have reliable internet access) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Learning & Development Associate to provide administrative and service support within a corporate learning environment. This role involves managing learning content, coordinating training activities, and ensuring seamless support to internal business partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and skilled in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Excel. You’ll work closely with internal teams to assess training needs, process requests, and maintain compliance with company standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities • Manage learning requests, revisions, and approvals within the Learning Management System (LMS). • Perform document routing and tracking in Veeva Quality Docs and related systems. • Create, modify, and monitor training courses, curricula, and scheduled sessions. • Generate and analyze LMS and ServiceNow reports to support learning initiatives. • Consolidate and organize data in Excel to prepare learning and training submissions. • Ensure adherence to client procedures, processes, and service-level agreements. • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as needed. • Provide excellent customer service and proactive communication to business partners. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources (corporate setting preferred). • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors or similar. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, and formatting). • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools (SharePoint, Documentum, etc.). • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail, quality focus, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
