MMC Group is hiring for a Business Analyst for our client in Dallas, TX! Business Analyst, IT Field Mobility Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite) Type: Long-Term Contract Start: January 5 Pay: up to $65/hr, DOE A large enterprise technology team is hiring a Business Analyst to support a major Field Operations mobility program. This role helps drive mobile app enhancements, workflow improvements, and roadmap planning for 2026 initiatives. This role is great for someone comfortable with discovering and solving issues and working with slower-moving processes and working on implementing better work-flows to improve efficiencies. This is going to be an on-going initiative, but within the first 90 days the goals are: • Gain a deep understanding of the Field Operations mobile ecosystem • Participate in discovery efforts for the 2026 roadmap • Support documentation and enablement activities to advance the team's long-term vision Responsibilities: • Meet with stakeholders and end users to understand needs and gather business and technical requirements • Gather and document business/technical requirements • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows • Manage and refine the backlog; track sprint progress • Act as liaison between business, field teams, and developers • Support agile ceremonies and release readiness • Identify workflow gaps and mobile app improvement opportunities • Assist with feature prioritization and planning Qualifications: • 2+ years in business analysis or similar roles • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment skills • Experience with SDLC, agile, UI/UX, or mobile apps preferred • Bachelor’s degree required Tools: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: Up to $65.00 per hour Work Location: In person
