Your Responsibilities • Utilize our exclusive platform and your own network to identify potential healthcare candidates • Reach out to candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and measure their interest • Book appointments for candidates with our recruiters to facilitate a comprehensive screening process • Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and assist them throughout their hiring journey • Keep detailed and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system • Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires traced back to your efforts Qualifications for Success • Proficient in written and verbal communication • A self-driven and proactive attitude — take charge of your day and your success • A passion for outreach, making connections, and assisting others in advancing their careers • Experience in recruitment is not a requirement; if you are organized and resourceful, we will guide you through the rest Compensation Structure This role operates on a performance-based, commission-only model. This means there are no limits to your earning potential or your success.
