Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration • Analyze lab data and work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support diagnoses and treatment decisions. Compliance & Quality Assurance • Uphold standards set by CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory bodies through routine quality control, audits, and documentation. Mentorship & Team Support • Provide guidance to lab technicians while contributing to a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification: • ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT). • New graduates eligible for certification are welcome to apply.
