Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT / MLS / CLS) – ASCP Certified ADVANCE YOUR LAB CAREER IN MANCHESTER, WA Are you passionate about precision, diagnostics, and making a difference in patient care? We’re seeking a motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Technologist (MT) to join our dynamic team in Manchester, Washington. WHAT YOU’LL DO Diagnostic Testing & Analysis • Perform a full spectrum of clinical tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids using modern laboratory technology. Instrument Operation & Maintenance • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and timely results. Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration • Analyze lab data and work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support diagnoses and treatment decisions. Compliance & Quality Assurance • Uphold standards set by CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory bodies through routine quality control, audits, and documentation. Mentorship & Team Support • Provide guidance to lab technicians while contributing to a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification: • ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT). • New graduates eligible for certification are welcome to apply.
