DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer Job Responsibilities Automate and Streamline Operations: • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes. • Create and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Monitor and Optimize System Performance: • Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health and uptime. • Analyze system logs and troubleshoot performance issues to enhance reliability. Collaborate with Development Teams: • Work closely with developers to integrate new features and improve system scalability. • Foster a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams. Ensure Security and Compliance: • Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data. • Regularly update systems to address vulnerabilities and meet compliance standards. Stay Current with Emerging Technologies: • Research and adopt cutting-edge tools and technologies to improve workflows and infrastructure. Requirements Education, Licensure & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Skills & Experience: • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). • Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
